About the Journal

Transactions on Machine Intelligence (TMI) is a quarterly international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access, and free-of-charge journal. It is dedicated to publishing Original Research Papers, Review Articles, Short Communications, Technical Notes, Editorials, and Letters to the Editor in the broad field of Machine Intelligence. Manuscripts from authors worldwide are welcomed and are reviewed by at least two expert reviewers to ensure high-quality publication. TMI looks forward to collaborating with researchers worldwide to develop a valuable and high-quality journal.

Aims and Scope

Transactions on Machine Intelligence provides comprehensive coverage of the latest advances in the closely related fields of Machine Intelligence. The journal invites contributions spanning theoretical and foundational research, development of platforms and methods, applications, and tools. Although the scope includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial plagiarism check and are then peer-reviewed by qualified experts. Only original works of significant novelty are accepted.

Instructions for Authors

Submission of a manuscript implies that it has neither been published nor is under consideration elsewhere, and that the research was conducted by the authors. Presentation at conferences or appearance in symposium proceedings does not constitute prior publication.

Authors must provide a list of all symbols and abbreviations used in the manuscript. Use of the International System of Units (SI) is mandatory.

Hardcopy submissions should include both MS Word and high-quality JPG files.

Manuscripts must be typed on one side of A4 paper, single-spaced, with appropriate margins.

References should be numbered in brackets in the order they appear in the text, and listed accordingly at the end of the manuscript.

Figure captions must be placed below the illustrations and provide sufficient explanations.

Illustrations should be positioned close to their first citation in the text.

Tables and diagrams must be submitted in a format suitable for reproduction.

Photographs should be high-resolution and saved as JPG files.

Graphical abstracts are optional but highly encouraged. They summarize the key aspects of the research and will be published upon approval by the editorial board.
